India is "considering" all options. It doesnt mean we will strike or something....He meant diplomatic options I suppose

Can someone please close this thread down? India will not attack Pakistan. It will definitely turn into a nuclear war. Pakistan's economy is already in the pooper and it has nothing to lose. India, on the other hand, is on its way to becoming a stable, responsible superpower. It just cannot afford to have a couple of its main cities nuked back to stone age. So, in other words, there ain't going to be a war people.

Moreover, the need of the hour is internal security. If our borders had been monitored properly, these terrorist bastards wouldn't have been able to infiltrate and wreck havoc in the first place. So, Indian politicians should concentrate on taking out the jihadi supporters in India who provide moral and financial support to terrorists. There have been cases here and there suggesting the possibility of a well connected terrorist network within India, especially down South. Let's see how Indian politicians tackle that. But knowing Indian politicians, I'm not very optimistic.

Pakistan needs to continue to fight the drug dealers, warlords, and insurgents on its borders. That is a good thing for Pakistan. It might not fit your agenda but just because you say it is a failed cause doesn't make it in Pakistans best interest to let rebel groups gain power and footing in its own borders.

Frankly i'm kind of tired of seeing people post of India on its way to becoming a superpower:rolleyes:..I wondering what step are they..Infrastructure still look bad, Gov officials pretty old fashion people who don't know with century they are in, a majority of people are in needs..India not only need to take step with military to be become a superpower, those what i stated are included.. By the way a superpower and a power country are two different thing, don't get those 2 mixed up.

Bah; if you read it properly, I said India is 'on its way' to becoming a superpower. In my opinion, it will take a couple of decades. Still, it has started. There has been a monumental change in terms of growth in India in the past two decades. If it can maintain that, it will be a superpower, there is no denying that.

The operative word in that sentence is 'if'. If it can sustain this growth, it can be a superpower without a doubt. But if you've read my posts in the past, I've always been cynical about Indian politicians. Don't worry - I am not a dumb nationalist who cries every time someone criticizes his country. I know what I'm talking about.

Well, OP, you may want to read a little closer, no where in it did it say India was going to war. It merely said they were keeping all options open. Couldn't find a real source to back up your rhetoric? Quit trying to stir the pot. where are you M5?You get asked for sources and suddenly have disappeared.

    1. India has a strong economy and hence it can sustain any war, and still keep inflation checked.

Pakistan has a crippling economy, and will run out of ammo fast.

It may just use the Nuclear option, .... but like August 1945, Pakistan as no major say in the world as is, it will get outcast in the international arena, and will get sanctions againsts it for the next good 100 years!

Second fallout being Pakistan for want of aid, will start selling its already leaked nuclear technology to other rouge states (not sure if theyve already done so), .... but it will be a hard job for the world at large to stop this.

India, may get hit at by Pakistans nuclear arsonals,.... remember India knows Pak is nuclear capable, it has to have some defence/ preventive machanisms,(no comments here)!!!

India launches Nuclear strikes in retaliation, and all is finished within seconds!

FACTS to REMEMBER: in 1965 India lost a battle with China (Indians were angry), seeing this as an oppurtunity Pakistan waged a war on India in 1971, and we reached Lahore!!!

In war things dont work out as planned!

The Taliban have always fought with the Pak regulars where India is concerened, we've fought them in Kargil, .... they run back very quickly,.... footage was released here,.... (air strikes by Indian Airforce)

Pakistan widrawing troops,.... its already in the news, that Pakistan has moved huge contingent of troops towards the Indian border,.... so saying we're waiting for India to move first is only bad advertising.

Pakistani (or well perhaps that North Korean Missiles) can reach south India,.... but the distance is long,.... as soon as you launch we launch, and our misslies would have landed, while your missiles would be reaching,..... perhaps being optimistic,.... they both land at the same time!

the world is ready to help Pakistan in the war against terror! ... but the act has to come from within,....

1 million Pakistanis == 2 million Indians,.... what Math is that, highschool! go back to the three wars that we've fought .... and then do the Math!

USA i doubt will get militarily involved,.... but i suspect its forces will swoop down to get control over the nukes! they cant afford for nukes to be fired... and the kind of rouge state that Pak is, itll be there oppurtunity to test those things,

the debate over whose side is US on futile, people think Pakistan has done loads for them in the war on terror,.... but forget they done that for want of aid. and according to US intelligence Pakistan has spent all that aid in its war preparedness against India instead of pumping that aid into its economy!

While US private players have major investments in India, (outsourcing remember!!!), US has great ties with India on the Economic side, and recently the 123 agreement!

in the end a WAR is unlikely, but precision airstrikes with in PoK (Kashmir) is very much on the plate!

These drug dealers and warlords you mention are all funded by..... guess..... the 90% of the world's opium provider: Afghanistan.... and who manages all this? The "allied forces".. You see Pakistan's interest is NOT to fight outside its borders, its interest lies inside, to kill off the evil from within that has been introduced by outside forces. Also, like I said, it needs to send a strong message to the international community, no more sacrificing of Paksitani lives for this "war on terror", all Pakistani forces should be focused in Pakistan. Let the Americans take care of their own mess they made since the 80s.

Two countries with nuclear capabilities shouldn't be discussing having a war with each other at all. There's no putting the nuclear genie back in the bottle.

First of all this news is not official confirmed so ill call it false neways

    1) The way this topic starter said "enjoy " i was like what the fuck how can someone be like that considering war isnt a game we play in computers people actually loose thier lives which affects thier families. To me all those people who keep saying lets do war dont even know whats war. Even if india does something it wlll be attacking the militant bases.

    2) War is only done if diplomatc measuers fail and not just like that.

If international pressure is put on pakistan its going to act so rite now putting pressure is the best option

I know what war is like, and I believe sometimes its needed.

I agree with the false thing, the tv? Come on.

Why does pakistan have to cave to international pressure, has Iran? Did Iraq? How about Afghanistan?
