(India) Doesn't PayPal send two small amounts for bank verification anymore?

I added a new bank account to PayPal and was expecting them to send the usual two small amounts to my bank for verification.

However, it did no such thing and the dashboard status automatically changed to "Confirmed".

So, has PayPal stopped sending these amounts for verification?

I'm from India, by the way.

 

yes they do, but u need to add bank before adding and confirming card.

 

They will send two micro deposit when you sign up first time and add your Bank account. if its your second bank account than they won't deposit the amounts.
