    That is because at the when you got paid exchange rate was the one that you got paid. I just checked about couple hours back it was 39.7.. it keeps fluctuating, it is always a good and welcoming news if $ value increases for publishers like us.

    A good neighborhood house for a family of four will cost somewhere around 12000-18000$:cool: hoping myself to buy one from adsense in 2 years:p

    You must be joking? $12,000 - $18,000, a house? in Delhi? i.e about for $18,000 in INR it is 713,700.00 with latest exchange rate 1 USD = 39.6500 INR.
    now for just rate 7+ lac Rupees a house? That was possible about 25 years ago or even more, now you need lot more multiply that by another 10.
