post to forums, post your promotional ads, submit article to article directories, and submit press released to some press release submission.
There's no way I think to speed it up,but just keep on submitting to directories and good content articles to article directories.
Make sure your incoming links use the anchor text that you're trying to target for. This along with onpage factors will help determine your pages ranking.
