    In my case, the status for withdrawal on 14th shows completed but the funds have not come through yet!

    My experience says that once it shows status completed, money does come to the bank account, fast or slow depends upon the bank too.

    Sorry to disappoint you but you chose a wrong day....18th April onwards, the problem has started again....most request are either pending or the status is completed but the money does not show in the account.
