yes.. i saw that.. Sachin missed 18 centuries in his career , i thought yesterday he will hit the century, but it didn't happen anyway we won the match

 

Yup really surprised why karthik hit that six , he could have taken a single and given chance for sachin to make a century , and looking at his keeping he has no chance after dhoni comes back.

 

I don't think that kartik is immature or anybody in the team is!
He is just over enthusiasm sometimes.
But at last we won.

Yes but when we have many overs to make 10 runs that it should be important to complete century.

 

Sachin should have taken a batting power play to score a century.

 

Well Karthik gave lot of Strike opportunities to Sachin.

Only sachin who didn't take those opportunities.

Nothing is there to complaint about Karthik he did his job well.

 

And I think he forgot that a power play is still available.

And also today he said that he allowed Karthik to play his shots.

Exactly the point. There were lot many overs left to make those runs and so there was no roadblock in the road to India's victory. India's win was certain and hence the liberty and the time should have been given to Sachin to complete his century.
Of course, he has many centuries to his name but imagine if there was a newcomer in his place and he was striving for his maiden century!

Well Sachin is a very humble gentleman
He will not ever complain about his junior who is already playing just as a "temporary replacement of Dhoni"
So he gave that statement.

as there are many different opinions and can cause mental conflict among the respected members

 

India is playing good and especially Virendra sehwag and jadeja.

Yuvraj ruled out of ODI series.

 

Well yuvraj is out for the next 2 matches , so in next match we are without dhoni and yuvraj , top order needs to play well in next match as there isn't much experience in middle order now.

 

Well Yuvi was out from 1st ODI so we might not miss him lots as already have quality players in team who can change the game for us!

 

Well ya. I think virat kohli will play and he is in good form

 

Sri Lanka would come fighting hard and look to level the series in the absence of big two Indian guns.

Hopefully, young Turks would grab the opportunity coming their way and see India home!

yeah hope india can finish off the series today itself and not leave it for the last match , and india starting well today with their bowling too.

 

It is good to see Indian bowlers striking early, sending two hard hitters Jayasuriya and Dilshan very cheaply... but Upul Tharanga is striking the ball at will and has scored 71 runs off just 59 balls!

Sri Lanka are 116/2 after 20 overs.
