"No more new approval for Indian publishers in Google Adsense Programme" it is true or not? ?

I came to know thro my friends that google stops new approval for adsense especially for Indians, Chinese and Pakistanies. Because they are doing fraud clicks. I want confirmation. Whether really google stops all new approval for google adsense especially for Indians. Please confirm immediately. I am eagerly waiting for your replies.

Another thing google adsense going on not approving new sites and saying it is "chat site" what is mean by chat site please explain in details

    I don't think its right..
Indian and China publishers still can register directly or through blogger.

There are indeed a lot of fraud going on over there (and copyright infringement). They may screen them more.

My Pakistani friend just sign up last week on adsense without any problem... so i think it is not true at all.... and why it should be... click fraud is everywhere not only in pakistan, china and india. however i agree on it that click rate is not good from these countries including middle east and other asian countries...

I should not think that it is true but a lot of Indians on reaching the 100 dollar mark are having their accounts disabled for copied content, copyright infringement or very little content and just a page of links.
It seems that Google is now getting very particular about the sort of webpage that get approval as well.

I don't think that such things can happen after all there are a lot of good publishers from these countries. Even if some of them try to play tricks Google can catch them and suspend there account as it has been doing for years.

    This is just a rumor.

I saw no news in adsense blog etc about it, so I guess it is not true. Google would have informed people about such thing if it was true.

I think it's about ratios, not sheer numbers. There are some major scammers, spammers and fraudsters in the US, but the number of legitimate US webmasters outnumbers the bad one heavily. Where as in countries like China, India and Pakistan it's the other way around. There are good webmasters and quality publishers there, but they are heavily outnumbers but fraudsters and scammers. Vast majority of people from those regions looks to make money by fraud, and that shades the light from those who are trying to run a legitimate business.

they wont ban you from sign up but they might screen more members due to preventing spamming sites. you shold know that both countries got lots of popularity. if you dont do something there will be more flooding of spam sites on the internet.

Always take yahoo answers with a pinch of salt. There are just too many people in YA goofing out. In every hour, I see a, "I killed my pet cat, now my mom don't give me my xbox, how to get it" thread
