Indexing time

Hi Friends, i have made a post in my wesite on 10th and 13th of this month. Its not indexed as yet. rest homepage and all other post is online and doing well. Is it take time?

 

What type of site is it? Is it a wordpress blog? If yes, by default wordpress would ping your new post to pingomatic and should be indexed in a couple hours.
But if you do not update your site frequently the google bot may not crawl your site often. Also if you have posted duplicate content, google might not index that post.

 

same thing happened to me....i have made new post by default wordpress.. then when i changed url of the post.. its taking a long time to be indexed again.. its been almost two weeks now.. any suggestions to this as well on what i did wrong or what else to do?

googlebot must not be visiting your site often. do some bookmarking on populars bookmarking sites and if you have RSS feed setup, submit that to rss aggragators

 

Will take time, wait some more days. Google not indexing daily

 

you can also go to google and submit a request to have it sitemapped.

You will get indexed in about 20 minutes.

 

Have you ping your website? How about doing some dofollow blog commenting. It helps to get the crawler to visit and index the post. Submission to social bookmarks help as well.

 

Write another unique post. After publishing the post, go to pingomatic or ping.in and ping your blog & feed.
Google bot will visit your site and if your old posts are unique they will also get indexed.
