indexing sites for search

Hi.
I hope this is the correct forum to place this thread, sorry if not.

I am looking to index sites from three spesific countries and present them as search results from my site.
How can I index sites and make a database + static pages from the indexed sites ?

Thanks, thats useful, but what I meant is that I need a web spider to index sites from those three countries just like Google do and present them as search results and also present the search results as static pages.

Basically put your site in those counties domain names? ala, get a .jp host....

google is very concious of the location of a box in these respects.

 

Maybe I am not explaining properly what I want.
I want to make a search engine for spesific countries. I want to index the sites of this countries just the way Google indexes sites.

Please can anyone help ?
