    Hey Guys,

I am having a problem with one of my sites getting indexed into google. It has now been since the start of december since the site has been up and running and it has still not been indexed.

According to my awstats googlebot visits the site everyday, and officially according to Google the last time it visited was the end of February.

Im 99.99% sure i havnt done anything to get penalized for.

I recently started a similar site and it was indexed in 2 days.

Im kinda bummed coz its been over 3 months, has anyone experienced this before??

    Thanks guys,, Troy

p.s I have had the site manually added to about 300-500 directories, have submitted about 5-8 articles to a number of places. it has 80ish links on yahoo, it is on the homepage of a semi realted Pr5 website. still no lucks

    Give G more few days....

Because Google got your cached file on ( 8 Mar 2007 15:33:44 ) already.

    try G search ( cache: site )

ok cool, i presume that is good news that it is in the cache.

Im unsure about me gaining links too quickly, For about the first month It was until after around a month until I started doing directory submissions etc.

anyway thanks for the advice,, ill give it another few weeks and check back with you guys

As I know if you submit you new website with Google submit tool your website will show much later than a website which had a few backlinks in websites with PR3-4. But still this post can be wrong, i haven't checked this think. (After all I haven't used the "Google submit tool"). It's up to you, what to do

The best way is to have links with high PR websites. PR5 or higher. Use the Google webmaster tool.

Try to reduce meta keywords. It isn't necessary so much.

    Hi troyso
today when i look ur site i found a lots of problem in it.
some times in Site:url it shows nothing means no page is cached,
in Link:url nothing means no link to ur site may be the links r not indexed by google donot worry it will be fine in upcoming google link update.

So from now try to get better links from relevant & high PR sites.
    Start the directory submission
Try to update ur content regularly

    thanks
    day kevi
