Sorry, but was you drunk when you wrote this? If not please explain what it's supposed to mean.

People often say, I have 20000+ pages but I can't find them in Google.

There are a few things to consider when getting more pages indexed within your site:

    1. pagerank is what will get you more indexed pages, and I’m not talking about the toolbar pagerank that Google displays, I’m talking about real pagerank.

    2. Once you have that pagerank, you'll need it to flow to all of your pages, and this can be achieved by having the correct structure put in place. Breadcrumbs will also help in indexing more pages. Remember as a guideline which is recommended by Google, do not have more than 100 links on a page (internal or external) You want your page size to be as minimal as possible as this will allow Google to crawl your pages more efficiently.

    Here's a pointer for you.
Don't waste your time pinging pages. This may get you indexed briefly, but the page will end up in the supplementary index as the page will not have any pagerank pointing to it.

Even if a page has 0.01 of pagerank, it's still enough to get it indexed.

PAGERANK IS THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO GET INDEXED.

building some links can also help your site get indexed regularly.. and you might also miss something like not allowing bots on your robots.txt something like that..
