Indexing of the pages

    Good afternoon!
    Please help me to solve my problem!
    As I know in my Google Webmasters tools in sitemap the quantity of submitted URLs must be equal to the quantity of indexed URLs.
    But I have a different situation.
    As you can see on my printscreen there are 96 URLs submitted and 19 URLs indexed.
    I noticed that URLs indexed gradually reduce (there were 35 URLs indexed last month) in spite of constant adding of the new articles.
    My site is in the Russian language and another Russian Search engine – Yandex – indexes all my pages normally. There are more than 150 articles on my site.

    Site is on Joomla 2.5 CMS.
    Please help me to solve my problem.

    And you don't have duplicate or thin content etc. on any of the submitted pages? (If you have, I suggest you use canonical, redirects or noindex / robots.txt on those and don't submit them)
