    Hi guys,

i have created some pages in Go articles, Hub pages and Squidoo. any ideas how long it takes google and yahoo to index them?

I can see that in Yahoo site explorer, some of the hubpages are visible but no reflection of that in Google - and the go article and Squidoo dose not show up in either :-( any ideas what i am doing wrong?

    regards

    Shan

You can submit those pages around bookmarking sites and blogs to get them indexed quicker.

I would convert the Urls at icerocket to Rss feeds and submit the feed to a few places and they will bee indexed quite quick.

Social bookmark them, link to your articles via blogs on wordpress.com or whatever.

How are you checking that the pages are indexed? Did you look at the page's cache in Google? link:domain.tld may not give you all the backlinks.

IMO hubpages index fast in Google. I don't check it on Yahoo. Bookmarking this pages helps to index.

    1. bookmarking
    2. pinging pingomatic .com
    3. RSS submitting links2rss .com

These steps help you to fast index. but it takes times to appear in yahoo site explorer

i have had problems with google indexing some pages, which in turn has negatively effected my backlink count. the only way it seems is to get these pages bookmarked by a lot of people, which again comes back to making the content worth bookmarking. getting backlinks is tough!
