i have one blog with PR1.My remaining three blogs are not indexed yet.so can i put a link to all these three non indexed blogs in PR 1 blog.will that affect my indexed blog with PR1 negatively?
Yes you can. You'll just have to wait for it to be indexed by Google. For the meantime, keep submitting it to social bookmarking sites like digg and stumble upon or make a lens at squidoo. These can help your blogs
If they're totally unrelated, I wouldn't bother interlinking them. Links from a TBPR 1 site won't do much for you anyway.
a much faster way to get all your blogs indexed is to submit them all to the major BLOG directories and RSS directories then PING all after each new post you have - specially Google blog ping service. submit manually to assure initial submission is done correctly - then you may ping by using any ping service or ping SW. if you PING Google blog service then your blog normally is indexed within hours - at least mine.
Sometimes, it really takes time before sites get indexed... Build quality back links and keep on promoting your Blogs on social networking sites... And update your Blogs regularly to increase the chances of having more indexed pages...
