indexed url dropped

    hi my site experienced 3 years 2 months before google indexed more than 70000url for my site i made one changes 2 month before i just set prefered domain WWW to non WWW and set 301 redirection of WWW to non WWW after that my indexed url suddenly dropped from 70000 to 2000 very big drop and i just wait for one month and also request a reconsideration to google after one month its little increased to 12000 indexed url now i have the same indexed url at now please some one give suggestion how can i retrieve all my indexed url back? its realy very big drop for me it also drop my earnings too
