My blog was already indexed by Google but after 2 days it was removed. Does it mean my blog has already been banned? How can I get it indexed again?

don't worry as it is normal with new sites.

it is indexed, just the datacenter your quering doesnt have it indexed. just wait it takes time to replicate a crawl over several datacenters.

ye I agree - When you build a new site you will find that for a while it will go in and out of the search engines. When you build a new site and you are doing alot of seo to try and get it in the search engines it is very volitial. After a while it will find its spot in the search engines and than from there you will be able to build on that and keep it in the SE's, which is quite easy once you are in and getting regular traffic

To confirm if its banned or not, please refer to our Google FAQ.

Basically you need to create a Google Sitemap account and track the bots movement.
