    I think you should look for the noarchive robot meta tag and remove it.

    i think it's bad data push. it's a google problem. it will be corrected on the next crawl

    We have more than 30 people working on one floor and some time we find that Google stop showing cache on that floor where as on other floor it is showing cache. I think when there is much use of cache function on particular PC or IP Google stop showing it.

    Are you refering to the "cache:" advance operator command? If you are it can take 1 to 6 months aftering indexing before you get a cache of the site.

    Yes, the site has a nocache tag on it.

    Is there any way AT ALL I can check a previous cache on the thread?

    I tried dogpile but it only came up with search results from google, and I can't get anything from that.
