indexed half of my site

Hi all,I created my first site and tried to get it index.As far as i see google started to cache my site in 23th September and i had launched my site in 22th september.However ,half of my site has been indexed so far.For 2-3 days there is no change.Is this normal?When will google finish indexing it?I have no robox.txt on my site or no broken link so far when i checked it on google webmaster tools.I have 18 backlinks .some are pr 5 or 4.need more backlinks?

 

I recommend you get more backlinks, submit a sitemap and a robots.txt even if its not controlling anything.
Also signup for Google Webmaster tools so you can check for crawl errors

 

thanks.i registered for crawl notes and sent a sitemap ten days ago and verified.But dunno how to use robot.txt.I just know it blocks SE not to check some stuff.

Just continue to build backlinks and try to update your content.

 

I notice that it took Google about 3 months to completely index my site and even now I have pages drop out from time to time. Keep adding content, have a good internal link structure and get back links.

 

backlinks are the key, after a while if your page are popular google bots should be indexing your pages daily.
if you got lots of pages on your sites, maybe it would be a good idea to use site maps .

 

still happens to my site almost a month old.

10k backlinks, 30+ unique content pages, one day i'll have 25 indexed pages, the next i'll only have 15.

It happens with new sites, work on building your trust factor up with google and you should be fine

 

Stress on adding content...daily if possible.

 

I add a bunch of pages to my website each day. (Most days anyway )

 

10k backlinks hmmm.How did you manage that? Maybe i can't see my all backlinks but it s just 20 or less

 

Get soem strong PR BL, this is can increase number of indexed pages.
