    What's your targeted keyword?

I don't it will be sandbox, there must be some problem with your optimization and link building.

If it's a new site, you will certainly be in the Google sandbox.

What I'd suggest is that you forget about Google altogether for the moment, and concentrate on building your site's content and backlinks. If your site is new, it will be several months before Google start to take your site seriously, and you can start worrying about your rankings then.

It sounds to me like you might be sandboxed. Give it a few days before you go with the mass link building, and give your website a few weeks to pop back into there.

If you were just constantly refreshing - google search results are not constant. You might've been seeing some from a computer 3 days behind for example

You've already said that your website is new. Even your site was indexed and got many backlinks for a short period of time it doesn't mean that your site will rank quickly.
