Index Webpage Design Needed - $100-200!

Hey, I need a single index page designed, not coded, (preferably .psd file in photoshop) for my online men's magazine. This HAS to be professional as I am competing with www.esquire.com www.bullz-eye.com and www.menshealth.com among others. Go to their sites for inspiration. I cannot stress enough how professional, clean, easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing this needs to be. If need be, I will up the compensation.

Ok, now what needs to be incorporated in the page design. Go to wwwDOTbadsphinxDOTcom for referencing.
    -Header will stay the same
    - "Quick Links" frame on the left needs to be somehow included in the page
    - "BSX Girls" frame on the right needs to be in generally same location
    - Area for amazon search widget
    - Footer and Adsense leaderboard at bottom will remain
    - Every category in the nav bar (excluding premium) needs to have some type of section on the index page to allow users to easily look up the newest update for that category

That should be it. Again, I am competing with some extremely well designed sites and don't hesitate to go to them for inspiration. I will check back as often as possible to answer questions and to help as much as possible. Thanks and good luck!

Is this suppose to be a contest? If so, I guess it belongs in this section... Or are you looking for an individual who can take this project? If so I'd be more happy to help you... Being a self-taught web designer with 4 years experience, I understand the client requirements well.. I can wrap up your project within the next 24 hours or less once you hire me.. My price for this would be 125$.. Let me know if you want to hire me out..

    :)
Again, If I misread/misunderstood your intention/topic Im really sorry.

    Thanks.

Let me clarify this. I am looking for an individual to complete this project, but I simply cannot just "hire" the first person that contacts me. I need a rough draft outline of your design. This is what is SHOULD NOT look like by any means:

This just tells me the designer was too lazy to come up with his own idea, and just tried to make a quick buck.

Well I tried a little bit with the colors and the layout you want. I'm ofcourse still working but I thought that you might want to give some feedback on it first.

I could do many things at this point, I just need some content for the boxes, but thats your job I guess, haha. Sure thing I will be working on this after I wake up in the morning.

If you're offering a decent price, I'm up for it. PM me what your budget is and if it's around what I usually charge my clients, I'll make a draft.

(heads up, my style is a bit more refined and advanced than the entries i'm seeing up there ;) lol)
