Hi. My site has been indexed in google for about two months, but only the index page. None of the internal pages got indexed. I checked the sitemap and the internal links. Googlebot is visiting from time to time, but no internal pages show up in G. Any advise will be awesome.

Your site is in the sandbox. It will take around one more month to get indexed.

My guess is that your site doesn't have any incoming links to pages other than your home/index page. Try doing some deep linking on your site.

    example: www.yoursite.com

    get a link to www.yoursite.com/coolstuff.html

You want to get a link from a site/page that is PR4 or above for fastest results. ;)
That should solve your problem for pages that get incoming links. If your site doesn't have a lot of pages it won't take you that long to do.

The best way to get more pages on your site indexed is to work on getting some backlinks to your internal pages (deep links.) The more backlinks that a page has (both internal and external) the better chance it has off getting indexed.

Its normal for a pages of a new site to appear and disappear from the index....work on those deep links and you should be fine

    Wait. :)

And get quality inbound links not only to main domain but also to inside {deep} pages.

The site/domain is somewhat new (September 06). The strange thing is that I built some links to internal pages, at least one of them coming from PR4. However, google shows nothing when I do link:mysite. The links do exist (and have been around for about two months or so), but google is not taking notice of them. I guess is all a matter of sandbox-related stuff

Nope, because your site is still under probation, new sites are placed there

Yep, new sites go into sandbox too often, wait for a while and all of it will get indexed
