Just a thought Think about this; if i have a large list of galleries of popstars with links to each popstar all linking from the list to sub pages. For indexing sake, google and/or other searchengines will index the listing page before the sub page!? doesn't it? But if i'm going to add noindex and follow to the index (large list) page? so it won't be indexed by the searchengine but the subpages are, would that be better? Could that give me a boost for the popstar pages? Thanks for your time (hope i'm clear enough..)
