My home page redirects (permanently) to another page. While google picks up the new redirected page correctly, bing has indexed a completely different index. While it points to the right content, the URL shown is different. I am concerned because the URL that bing has indexed, has low page authority. Here are the details: domain - mallofstyle dot com redirected to: http://mallofstyle.com/shop/index.php (PA 41) (picked by google) bing indexed : http://mallofstyle.com/shop/ (PA : 22) Can anyone suggest how I can 'make' bing to set index.php as the home page. I have submitted the page through bing webmasters.
It might be done using this option:- Configure My Site >> Geo-Targeting (I'm not sure as I never experimented it.)
Try running several malware scanners. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are: Malwarebytes SUPERAntiSpyware Ad-Aware Windows Defender Spybot S&D
