Incredible Easy Project Needed

    I had a full template designed but the designer that did it decided to leave me stranded when I needed something changed.

    I am in the stage of converting PSD to CSS so what I need is the images to be small and repeat when it's in css

    Example (image is full like this currently):

    What I need:

    http://i43.tinypic.com/2lurrf7.jpg (This is not the actual image, my image is gradient so I need it so it can stretch long.

    This project is extremely easy so if someone want's to make a quick $4.00 PM me because I need this done today.
