Increasing the traffic

What is the best way to increase the traffic of your website?Article submission or directory submission.

 

directory submission help to driving the traffic but article writing,blogs and press drive quality traffic for your site.

 

i think hard work is the best way to increase the traffic.
both ways are good and have different quality. directory submission is easy job but if you are
expert in article writing and knows every secret like choosing keywords and applying them in your article, then it is the best one....

 

Article Directories are the most respected form of traffic on the web. Any links from there are great.

Link directories are nothing but diluted link farms

 

If it's between the two, I'd say directory submission. Though I think blog posting has been my primary source of marketing. I found a new blog in my niche that encourages linking back to my site and I had a spike in traffic as soon I started to post on there.

 

I would definitely go with Article Directories and concentrate on the main ones like ezinearticles, goarticles, articledashboard etc.
It's all about the content, it is for me anyway.

 

From my very own experience, article submission doesn't really work. Directory submission works best

 

Of the two, ariticle submission because you can get traffic directly from the article directory as well as (if you do keyword research first and write your articles based on that, and build links to your article) from search engines.
