Increasing prices to boost sales?

    You might want to give it a little bit more time before you start raising your prices. If the site is only about a week old, you could completely kill off your product if you raise the price too soon. Get some testimonials and reviews of your product that you can use in your marketing and use those to justify the price. In time you might develop some new tools to offer to buyers as a justification for the higher price as well.

    You could also start promoting the current price as a sale price--with something higher as the "normal" price. This gives you the ability to change your prices without risking making potential buyers angry. Sales have a way of increasing your profits as well!
