Increasing one site by redirecting from another

Hey guys,

I have a few domains that are getting enourmous search traffic but the content is gone (server disconnected). I am thinking of using the domains to redirect to one site I have just started.

How should I redirect all these users from one domain without getting penalized from the search engines.

301 Redirects. You can set them up in cPanel.

 

Is there anything I can do it from the registrar directly ?

 

Id go for this. Also, are the sites related or are you directing on targeted users to your new site? If so, you might want to consider parking instead.

 

drig I don't want to earn money from it now. I just want more visitors to some of my sites. They are not really targetted BUT a few are.

I will be setting up hosting accounts for them now and make the 301 redirect.

 

Then honestly its a waste of bandwidth. How much is a "few?" If you are sending 1 targeted for every 100 or 1000, best to go for parking or redirect to some affiliate program or something.

 

It's about 200 search engines visitors / day.

I am not interested to get money out of them now. I want them to tell further about my site. I need the name out there. That's why.
