1-Remove the firefox thing from the top and put it on of sidebar, it kills content especially on singleposts.
2-Put archives higher, you will get more pageviews is users easily see it on the sidebar.
3-Keep one 336x280 ad on the top of each post
4-Put 600x160 skyscrapper between content and sidebar
5-If your 420x60 does not convert good in the header try putting it un the bottom of articles.
I guess thats all I can say from a quick view at your blog.
    Good luck

too mush space on the top both on left content space and right menu have been wasted. if visitors can;t see your adsense ads in the first place, they can;t click on them. remove firefox referral and out them on the sidebar somewhere. remove everything from the right top menu and put adsene code up, rest goes below adsense code on the menu. that should increase your CRT

You should not distract your visitors by placing excessive ads. They should look natural along with the contents. If you do this, then you will get high CTR.
