    Hello everyone.

I need an opinion for my new project.

I am developing a website for wallpapers. Its a huge website, total of 2200 categories and around 1,00,000 wallpapers in total.

I have worked with wallpaper websites before, the main traffic comes from google images. Now, the problem is google images does generate a lot of traffic (page impressions) but clicks are nothing as compared to the traffic (CTR).

People normally search for images on google images, click on the image save/view it and close the window, they normally dont visit the website, some of them do but not all.

I am very much confident that i can hit atleast 30,000 uniques per day, but how do i convert this traffic into revenue???

I have already invested one month into this websites development, and it would take around 2 more months to complete it. So, basically i am at a point of no return.

Anybody worked with wallpapers website before who can guide me on how to convert images traffic into revenue??

    Thanx in advance.

CPM advertising. It's your best bet if they're not going to stick around. Once Google loads up the thumb in the top window, the bottom window loads up the originating page that the image shows up in. Even if they don't go anywhere, there's your impression right there. slap 3/4 ads on that page and that's 3/4 impressions per Google Image call-up.

I have tried CPM advertising (casale media), they dont pay much, actually i was targetting more on adsense.

But CPM is a nice idea, should'nt hurt i guess.
