increasing clickthrough with relevant images above ads, part two

I added random thumbnail images above 120x600 google text adsense in my site a year ago, and like most people who did this, it doubled the click-through rate and earnings of that pages real estate.

I am now thinking NEXT level, with this, ideally I'd like to :

    a) automatically read the text of the google ads
    b) lookup to flickr and pull a relevant (allowed) image
    c) embed it where my random thumbnails are (above the adsense)

My theory is that if the thumbnails are directly relevant, then should increase the clickthrough yet again.

Now, I appreciate that google waits till page has loaded before it reads the page to place its ad, so our script would have to, doubley do this. And it'd involve some clever javascript.

    1) anyone done this?
    2) is it breach of tos with google?

    Thanks

Images near ads are ok till you have a separator between them.
Many people do this trick and ended up banning their account.

I thought adding images near ads are wrong? I was temporarily banned for doing that.
