    What a dumb question. You can ask a friend to view your site, and increase traffic. There are TONS of ways to increase traffic that don't involve social bookmarking.

    There are many more way's to get good traffic and backlinks so try that...only bookmarking is not the way to get traffic...
    Directory submission, forum posting, commenting, web 2.0, guest blogging etc..
