    I started using Twitter just a week ago that's why I am still searching for an efficient tool that can help make my work easier and manageable. The list you've shared was a great help. I notice Twitter Blaster and Twellow was not included in the list yet. I've been using Twitter Blaster and twellow just 2 days ago, and I find it to be so awesome, a great help indeed.
