For a one-month-old astronomy blog I think that having 40-50 unique visitors a day is very good. These are the two main points to judge the potential traffic of a site: how old it is and how many people may be interested in its topic. Yours is a new site and not so many people are interested in astronomy. Be patient and keep working.
Buying traffic could be an easy to way get some quick exposure. If your content is solid, you should see a decent number of return visitors as well.
I think you website needs a little time to come up on search engines , and when this happens you can get more than your target of daily visitors
content is king, keep posting good updates on your blog, with keyword references to yuor subject and google will find you. buying traffic will just give short term spikes, better to grow organically and be known as an expert in your field. You could also write articles and reference back to your blog.
Don't buy traffic, it won't be targetted (most of the times) and hence chance of getting returning visitors is less. Concentrate on SEO and images related to astronomy with good alt text and title attribute.
dont never ever buy traffic because most of them are not targeted and came from spam or pop up windows but if you optimize your site's SEO it will have more visitors and more targeted visitors for a specified keywords in your site and i would rather to do my SEO by my self and do keyword research or niche research
Analyze keywords, make them fit into your content and then just wait and keep updating. A slow but true method, indeed. Buying traffic in comparesome is quick but less efficient, IMO
Content is much important for the traffic. Of course, you can follow others' blogs to increase the traffic of your blog.
Write about keywords that have lots of traffic. Make sure the keywords are not too competitive. Use the keywords in your title tags. When you write blog comments, hunt "do follow" blogs only, read the blog article, post your keyword as your "name" followed by your real name (so it does not look too spammy). This will result in your keyword being an anchortext pointing to your blog. This will increase your rankings in Google in time. In the URL section write down the page you want to promote. Then write intelligently about the topic you just read about. Hopefully you will be approved. The blog article you just commented on should have at least a pagerank of 1 or more. Hope this helps!
