Increase Traffic without SEO

Hi to all dp forumers!Could it be possible to increase the traffic of the site even without SEO.What are the possible ways?Is there any idea?

Yes, such as email marketing, advertising, commenting on blogs and forums. But in my opinion, SEO is the best way to build stable, target traffic. Ones you get a good ranking, it is no need to do much work to maintain the traffic flow. But for other other methods, you need to keep on doing a lot of work to get constant traffic.

It's very tough process to increase traffic without SEO and you need to spent lots of money in advertisement in newspapers, TV. So I don't think this is intelligence to do offline marketing.

 

Very less chance but almost sites are with on page optimization. So better asking without off page optimization any site can rank well?

Some sites can thrive and survive without any significant search engine traffic. Mainly through advertising, as has been said, but if your site is in a niche that has vigorous online communities, by contributing there, being seen as an 'authority' in those forums/blogs/networks you can get traffic directly from them without Google or Yahoo having anything to do with it.

 

why so lazy for the SEO? it should be easy and simple

 

Without SEO I would say create a buzz. How about suing Google for a start?

 

You can increase and get traffic from Social Networks(FaceBook, MySpace, Stumbleupon...), repling in Forums, commenting in Blogs...

 

there are always different ways of doing same thing...same in this case..we can do that using marketing, advertising using print media. sponsoring some program and advertise your website, but SEO is cheapest and effective way to get better results.

 

If you have deep enough pockets you can use adwords to increase traffic i prefer to use the standard SEO method as it is free
