    I hope the price tag for this keyword ranking was 10K+

    It took me couple minutes to do some basic research:
    1. find-cheap-insurance.net has PR0
    2. Just 73 backlinks from websites not related to insurance topics https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=www.find-cheap-insurance.net&bwm=i&bwmo=&bwmf=s
    3. Site is even not in first 100 Google search result pages for keyword "cheap insurance"

    Buyer: What hard work do you think he've done? Do you really expect to rank for "cheap insurance" keyword on first page in Google for money the provider asked for?
    Provider: What you were doing for one year=)))???? Is 73 indexed backlinks on non-insurance related website all you can do for a year? Did you really expect to rank him for "cheap insurance" keyword???

    I do not know buyer or provider, but looking at the situation I will say "Be aware! For this particular project provider delivered almost nothing for a year!" For buyer there are two options: 1) he is no knowledge of SEO or 2) grid.

    Seriously guy, nothing personal. I just had hard time not throwing in my 10 cents.

    P.S. Should I start my SEO company=)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

    P.S. P.S. My site is ranked in first 5 pages in Google search results for "cheap insurance" keyword in case you will doubt my SEO knowledge.
