Increase Traffic of Your site and Earn Extra Money...???

how can i increase traffic of my website and earn some extra money.
Please if there is any free method do inform me, i will be thankful to you..

IMO the best method is to be ranked high on search engines. Mainly Google, Yahoo and MSN.
To achieve that you need WORK WORK and more WORK. But the most important task you should do are:
- CONTENT (the king) Build a good site with unique content. Each page should be focused on one keyword phrase.
- LINKS (the queen) Get links to your site from relevant related sites, and not only to your homepage, also to your inner pages, if possible try to put your keyword phrases on that links.

 

The traditional free method is by getting search engine hits. This is done by writing good content regularly and by submitting your link to directories and link exchanges. Since you want to do it for free you are considerably limiting your options.

For free - not much. If you've got some decent articles already you can try submitting them to a few article directories. If you've got a blog then you could try a traffic exchange like BlogExplosion, BlogMad or BlogSoldiers BUT these are not compatible with AdSense.

 

Visit this forum: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=65 with regularity and you'll find good free directory submission offers from other DP members.
Probably you won't increase traffic from that directories too much, but that listings will increase your ranking in search engines.

All I can suggest is staying active in these forums. You will come accross new ideas and oppurtunities every day. Free directories are always good, be sure to submit your site to plenty of them. Make your site SEO friendly, and publishing articles containing a backlink to your site, related to your niche is always a winner.
