Hello Guys, Actually i need to ask that we have keywords which are not popular mean having very less searches on that particular keywords but i have to rank that website by using those keywords for a particular region...i have done research of keywords for that region . now i have to rank it..plz tell me how could i do that for those keywords.

And don't forget that Social Bookmarking sites will work good (*especially if your website is a blog because you would be able to submit EVERY new article URL of your page to those TOP 5 for example SB sites!) Register you website on Gooble Places for Business and bingplaces.com. Include the regional address on your website. Local Directories are useful aswell
I agree with the points mentioned by patco building links from local websites really works well to rank on particular region try to index the articles you have submitted on directories
Sometimes driving traffic from a a particular region via AdWords can boost your future traffic from that region. It's pricey, but at the end it's worth it.
