Hi everyone, I need to get more blog reactions on Technorati.com. Any ideas? I tried to buy blog entries... but faced 2 problems: 1. cheap blogs aren't indexed in Technorati; 2. good ones are expensive -- $15 per post or so... (100 entries=$1500) Any alternatives? blog comments not counted as reactions... Trackbacks? I'm not sure. Maybe DoFollow blogs comment counted as reactions? Any service that can do it? I really do need your help guys. Thanks in advance, Kaled.
OK, this might sound like a completely retarded idea, but what about creating content that other people will link to naturally? Sorry, I know that might sound stupid but the way I see it is that if you create useful compelling content: 1) You don't have to pay for it 2) You don't have to pay for links 3) The links will build gradually over time 4) You establish yourself as an authority Sorry my answer seems a little crazy. Worth a try though, no?
No... it's 100% correct & valuable cianuro, thanx. BUT I'm already doing this. at least that what I think, check out my blog: SuccessElixir.net (live links not allowed for me yet-- new DP member) I only need to speed up the process. That's it. So, I need another nice "crazy" ideas what ya think cianuro, and other DP friends?
Mention other people's posts and link to them... they see the trackback and will try to incorporate something of yours into their blog, if you have helpful content.
1. Comment on do-follow blogs with the Wordpress Top-Commentator function. If you leave enough non-spam comments at these blogs, you will show up in the side bar under Top Commentators. This usually counts as a blog reaction. It sometimes also works for blogs with a "recent comments" section or the like. 2. Participate in a viral marketing program. These can do some pretty good things for your authority. 3. Technorati usually counts sidebar links, so link exchange with other bloggers. I'm a technorati-claimed blogger, so I'd be happy to exchange links. 4. Create a list of "Top Blogs" in your industry. If you are somewhat influential in your industry, then the listed blogs just love to link back to your site in posts such as "Hey, I scored number 27 on GIR's top 99 Technorati Authority Optimization blogs". 5. Find out who links to you, then ping these sites to Technorati. It usually results in a reaction, and sometimes an authority increase.
