Any exercise to do while playing games or in front of the computer? lol I wish they invent a tool to tone our muscle and improve our stamina while sitting in front of the computer for the whole day

Start with low intensity *exercise* and increase it over a period of one month....continue with moderate exercising for a couple of months and then increase it a little further. It should improve your stamina! Start with low intensity exercise (combination of yoga and working out in the gym and a little time at the pool and then playing squash or tennis) in the first month, then gradually increase the time over the next couple of months.... It should improve your stamina. Also, reduce sleeping time to 7-8 hours- research says it is just good enough! Too much of starchy food makes you a couch potato and you'd feel sleepy all the time, so cut on your starch intake, and take balanced nutritious diet. In a few months' time you should be better.
Daily Exercise, getting enough protein and try to take a multi vitamin (like one a day) Try to set a routine (setting aside daily times for certain things like exercise- even just 15 minutes a day) can increase energy dramatically. Also, take time to relax like reading or just catching a favorite show I believe exercise and diet are key though
Hi, I think high intensity interval training is best to enhance stamina. Try the Tabata workouts. It goes like this - 20 secs of high intensity cardio followed by 10 secs rest and repeat the routine 8 times.
