Increase Returning Readers

    So my first week of my blog was pretty successful. In just over a week I gained a little over 10k unique visitors. This is the best I have ever achieved with a site, especially one which is a .co.uk domain rather than .com or .net

    Now the next phase: Returning Readership

    Do people have tips on this? Basically what I mean is encouraging visitors to come back to the site. I want my readership to grow.

    So far I am knowingly covering the following:

    • Regular Daily/Weekly Updates
    • Entertaining Content
    • Unique Content

    As you may see, I also have my own customised theme.

    So, I am doing well in SERPS and unique visitors, what are your tips for encouraging people to bookmark and return to my blog?

    I am extremely greatful for any help you can provide :)

    Nice website. I am also trying to figure that out. So far, I placed a button from feedburner, so that readers can subscribe.

    I am also waiting for other suggestions. :)

    er, its not a photo blog!?

    + thanks maxyRO. I'm also thinking of staring my own webcomic on the site. I've written down a few sketches/ideas. I just need to scan in the images and do some digital work with them ;)

    that might get people coming back regularily? :)
