sorry to contradict blind bandit, but pagerank is about banklinks. it's not directly linked to rankings, which i think you're referring to. very often a site can rank highly for competitive terms with a relatively low PR.

most of the time if your best link is a PR4, you can expect your PR to be 3, but only after a pagerank update. it's nothing like immediate.

 

fact is that you have to wait up to the Google update time, then the PR of your site will come and i am wishing you will get a good PR on your site.
