    you should understand how the Pareto Principle applies to Page Rank, it's 80% backlinks and 20% content. Builkd your site then leave it alone and concentrate on building backlinks. And never ever spam.

    Page rank is calculated based on the quality of inbound links that you are getting. Quality deals with relevancy, so create links from relevant and DoFollow sites because Google gives more value on them.
