Currently my blog has over 700 domains linking in according to alexa. I'd like to get this well over 1000, but I don't want any spammy bs like blasting out empty profiles on forums or leaving computer generated spam blog comments. Since this would be done to improve SEO strength of my domain it would be preferable if this was from PR3+ domains. If you can help me with this, please message me with your asking price and a brief outline of what tactics you would use.
