just hold your nerves , be passions and do the on page optimization of your site and Submit its URL on SMO sites & bookmarking sites.

Lately Google updates it's PR more rarely and it's very difficult to increase PR. In order to optimize your site you need: optimized site(title, meta, etc). fresh content as often as possible, new incoming links as often as possible.
Instead of PR concentrate more on SEO. SEO is more important than Pr and remember that PR has no impact on the SEO. There are many Pr0 sites that ranks better than PR4 sites in Google. PR is totally waste thing from techno like Google. It simply do not serve the purpose that it meant for.
Basically mention the step which your taken on regular basis in the link building process for the website. If your doing high PR directories submissions, article submissions, blog postings, social bookmarking, blog commenting, forum posting for at least 3-4 months will get a good PR in the next coming update...............
Dont give much tensions to PR....It will give results in slow manner only.. Do better with other SEO process and make good Rankings...PR wont Affect your Ranking in SERP...

This includes: reciprocal linking with other sites, posting on blogs and forums, article marketing, Social Bookmarking and press releases.
