Why does google appear to neglect the victims whilest making it easier for the malware scammers to continue their work? What site would have malware injected in them? It doesnt make sense.. There are viruses with cookies seeng where a surfer goes, this to make money with requires billions of unique ips. Then we have other stuff, but since google knows that if a site is cought once they would never try to have malware there again. Why? Cause if a person is cought once doing one specific act he will not do it again. Isnt this right? The person would move to other criminal acts, like stealing websites. My site have been harmed with the google way approach, they rank very bad and one of my sites got mailware there twice. Its probably the same type of virus as scammers are lazy and thereby do what they do. Google should pick up the last sentence and do something about it.

it has been my experience that Google does a pretty good job with identifying malware sites and I have seen some pretty high profile sites get flagged with malware. However once they took action and report back to Google I also saw that those sites could quickly get removed from the blacklist.

What? There is probably more to the story than your site being hacked.

If you fixed the problem and notified Google then they'll remove the malware warning. Chances are your site was hacked and then spammed to rank for certain keywords. Have you checked your backlinks?
