Increase in Traffic from Google

Just checked my analytics and I got double traffic from Google then usual. I checked the keywords, they were all same and my rankings for that keywords were also same. Like for example for a keyword 'hindi songs' i get 200 daily visitors, but yesterday i got 1000 from same keywords but when i checked my rankings they are same. Same is happening from other keywords. How the amount of search traffic increased on google for one day as today it back to normal??

 

yesterday was a saturday maybe more people were looking for hindi songs..maybe ur rankings improved in the local country based search engines

 

there is always ups and downs. usually weekdays are higher here in the USA.

 

Yes both things can happen but whatever happened there as long as this is good news for you.

 

I wish I would get those type of spikes My window of traffic usually pretty steady. Never seen my traffic go up 5 times in a day. Maybe the google gods were blessing you for a day for being a good fellow

 

Maybe you have made a post somewhere, like a forum on those key words, or you simply had one of those days that your words have been "hit", please tell us if the miracle continues... )

 

No Miracle again, it was for only 1 day, my traffic is again steady to old and less..

 

Yea this happened same for me for a different keyword "Songs.Pk" but when i investigated the issue i came to conclusion that a major hindi songs site was closed on that site so people try Google for some other relevant sites and in this way i got a huge traffic for my keywords
please check 1 or more of ur competitors site might have been down on that day for Hindi Songs Keyword

 

This can increase and decrease anytime. There is no stable value.
