Increase in domain auction prices?

    It really seems that aged site pricing as of lately is through the roof, anything with PR and decent BL profile is going much highter than normal. ANyone else experienced this?

    Yep you are certainly right about that older sites are less likely to get sandboxed

    backlink from the domain
    organic search toward that domain
    Previous ranking for the domain


    All those will affect the price of the domain.
