Increase height

    Skipping is known to help increase height.

    Please suggest some other remedies for grown tall.

    Exercise in general will keep you physically fit but growing higher is dependent on many factors including genetics, nutrition etc... Contact your local physician to seek tailor made remedies for you :)

    Alright; it's time to get some facts. No exercise can actually make you taller.

    Some exercises like pilates can give you longer leaner muscles, but no exercise can actually make you taller than what you are genetically programmed to be. Genetics is the most important factor in determining your height. So, stop worrying about it. You can't do anything. Exercises in general are good. They make you fit. They don't make you tall.

    Guess i better avoid skipping, i'm 6ft 2. Don't need to be any taller or i'll have to duck under doors :eek:

    If you are very young, you will grow. If you are older past your teens, and are short, deal with it. I have a very short friend, and he always has the girls going crazy over him. Be a confident person, and everything else will work out.

    Playing basket ball...and streching exercises helps in increasing height.

    it depends on your body's growth rate. how old are you?

    and it also depends on your genetic build.

    although talking some vitamins will generally help you speed up your growth rate and a little more exercise so that your body will be physically healthy helps.
