Increase ctr some ideas, tell me what do you think

    RELATED TO ADSENSE

    Hi,

    I start facing the problem when people getting used to ad placement on our site and they are ad blinded.

    So, I got an idea to make some ad placement rotation, so every time some one visit our site wouldnt see ads in the same spots. Like making 3-4 templates with different ad placement and randomly rotate those templates.

    What impact I could expect and is that legal to do ? Could any one share their experience doing that ? How is the search engine will react on that ?

    Please any opinions would be appreciated.

    So no one have experience with random insertion of google adsense banners ?

    I never try this method but read it somewhere to reduce ad blindness. As for legality of it, who the heck knows for sure with google this days, but I would think its ok since you are not doing anything illegal, I mean people change their site template everytime right?

    Is for it being effective, I think you'd be better off trying and tracking different placement of the ads for the best return and stick to the best when you find one. How many % of your visitors are repeat visitors anyway?

    Well changing template over a period of time yes, but I was thinking it would be counted as cloaking because it basically changing layout of page on every visit . Dont you think ?
