I want some help from experienced guys
I am getting organic traffic for the tradename of a clickbank product.I understand that this traffic is very much targetted, but the problem is that I am getting very low CTR on my affiliate link.My review page has an interview with the author of the ebook and some testimonials.I have put a single cloaked affiliate link with anchor text "click here to activate discount offer" but I dont see much appreciable CTR(around 10%).Since this traffic is highly targetted I am losing many potential customers.I wish to have a CTR of atleast 45-60%.
    Do you have any suggestions?

I would also want you to tell me what kind of anchor text/graphic attracts the highest CTR on review pages for the tradename of the product.
Any advice for the kind of content to be put on review page getting traffic for tradename of the product(to increase conversions)?

Thanks for the help in advance

Change your anchor text. People don't like when they see you want them to buy the product.
Instead say: "check here for the full ebook"

Can you share the review page? Otherwise it's difficult to say what could be the problem

so what is the CTR with anchor "check here for the full ebook" ?
I dont think that it will be effective because most of them have already visited the product homepage before they visit my review page.I am getting organic traffic for the tradename of the product so people already know the ebook homepage.

A single link is part of your problem. You should have a link at the bottom and the top and several in between. Why only one link? No wonder everyone is missing it!

Or you can put an anchor text link... A suitable keyword link instead of "Click here...". It sound like people are getting fed up with this order kind of words.

One link on the top (Click here to check their sales page/website), some in the middle at any position where you think you've pre-sold the guy enough to make him buy the product, and the third one at the end of your review with the anchor text "Click here to buy.."

If its an IM-niche product, don't forget to club in some bonuses. If you're not, your prospect will be SOLD by your review, but will buy through the links of another affiliate who's offering bonuses.

I've PM'ed you one of my better converting website, check it out.

"You haven't seen the whole truth yet.....Click here to learn some devastating facts"

lines seem to work best. Great call to action.

mikey's idea was wonderful but fooling prospective customers like this will only increase the ctr but reduce conversions. What do you think?

what about loading the affiliate link in pop-unders?
do you have any good popunder script which will bypass most ad-blocking features of popular browsers?
i searched on google but could not find any satisfactory one!

I don't know anyone that uses popunders in this way. It may even be against Clickbank TOS.

using pop-unders is positively within the TOS of clickbank.
So now any ideas for pop-under scripts?
